Feature:

1. Precision wire cutting EDM vise is used in conjunction with high precision WEDM Property of stainless steel,treated by csting, vacuum heating and deep cryogenic forming and finished grinding molding, finally the VISE with good stability, rigid without deformation.

2. The alignment can be done on horizontal and parallel both sides along X,Y,Z three axis to reduce workpiece positioning correction time, result in the increasing of machine working efficiency.

3. Jaw angle is using a 45°c cross-eye design, with strongly clamping,not upturned, high water resistance against high flushing  pressure

4. Additional option is providing to work with precision vises to clamp round workpiece to increase the vise using rate.

5. Recommended maximum load capacity of 10kg.
